Now I'm looking myself, something I can't find - before the 300 post of the branch hedge, you can look - there the man posted a link to an article about MT4 server capabilities and charging quotes of DC - all nice, all with screenshots - interesting and informative info...

It's easier than you think, it's not that hard to set up a DC, you just have to be easy and not greedy and people will come to you.
