another suggestion... besides comparing charts of 2 pairs, we should also introduce several charts... and allow trades on these 2 pairs if one-legged arbitrage conditions exist... on the main pair

Stops of each order is out of the question... they're traded in pairs... only on equity... and it's probably not worth it...

Nope. That's different. It's the same algorithm again in that currency pair command.
If you really want to take a profit from the program, I figured out that if EURUSD is a base pair, it's better to make cross trades to raise GBPUSD and EURGBP simultaneously with SELL and BUY.
