Of course, no one would buy tangerines in Krasnodar... They cost kopecks there and are dumped in tonnes in landfills (not enough landfills) but they pile up in fields and along roads... But potatoes are very expensive there... rotting somewhere else... the same goes for meat in prosperous villages... Watson, supply and demand are unlikely.
