I think it's drawing a flag on D1, the bottom of the flag has been clearly pushed off and there is an opportunity to go to the upper boundary of 1.4150 by November 3rd.... and then the Fed will announce less liquidity and markets will collapse, which will bring the euro down))))) and break the rising trend in the euro..... IMHO - must test the high either before November 3rd or directly on the 3rd....
