Телефонный террорист (которого я имел честь привлекать к уголовной ответственности) сообщает ложную информацию о том, что "там" заложено нечто, чего стоит опасаться, его судят не за сам факт сообщения, а за то что оно ложно и причинило ущерб. Вы же напротив публично сообщаете о том, что "там" заложенно нечто, что нужно искать. Значит, отсутствие доказательств такового, является заведомо ложным и причиняет ущерб всем кому оно адресовано. А адресатом вольно или не вольно, к сожалению являюсь не только я, но и другие, не подготовленные сограждане.
