It's really quite simple. Suggestion. Introduce a new eighth rule:.
1. A little bit inaccurately defined disadvantages. The nepotism is only external, and not based on personal predilections. It is impossible to treat passable figures and serious people alike, even with obvious flaws. They are what this forum is all about, or rather the substantive part of it. Even if I find them unsympathetic, I prefer to occasionally tolerate public rebukes from them rather than use reprisals. And for showdown with them there is a private room where tears are often poured invisible to the world, and resentments are piled.
2. The reality is that tales are hoaxes. Anti-flooding is the most prone to tastiness, causes a strong emotional response from the community and cannot be solved by simple formalised means. You need a despot like Rann, and we don't have one. That's why we're community activists. It's not a good thing, but you can't take it out of your own mouth.
3. the most serious disadvantage is the loss of a sense of reality that inevitably occurs when one gains the right to execute and pardon. And I don't take cases where one revels in power. Those who have led large teams will understand me. Current work deforms criteria over time, and one can find oneself spiritually isolated from the collective. The most extreme manifestation is naive perfectionism (with the best of intentions), the primary schools teacher syndrome is not bad either.
