Job vacancy - page 2

And this is a thematic site for job search, I gave the topic, and those who are interested in the offer please write me back, why do you need to start an idle conversation here?

The job is a good one, but I would think twice before hiring a programmer for a firm with the unforgettable name of abirvalg. Vocabulary suggests that the founder is Mr Sharikov.

it's not an official company mail, it's mine as the person who does the research, that's all

it's not the firm's official post, it's mine, as the person who does the searching, that's all

No complaints, I just gave you the first reaction of the person who read the offer. And that's not good if you're looking for serious and competent people. That's why I think you should be more careful about every little detail when looking for such professionals.

This is a reaction that arises in a certain professional stratum.

:-))

Maybe you don't really need a programmer? :-))

In order to find out what kind of salary to pay a person, you need to find out what he is capable of at all, maybe he just builds himself a mega-programmer and in fact none.

If we talk about the location, it is the centre of the city, Mayakovskaya metro station. English training is not guaranteed as well as a trip, because the programmer they are nikchemu. If the product is issued by the staff will be exactly as required, then die from hunger will not let.

As for the "programmer need", it has long been clear that no one is indispensable and "twiddling your thumbs" is unnecessary here.

would you like to get involved in recruitment and job writing?

GADzik >> :

In order to find out how much a person should be paid, it is necessary to find out what he is capable of doing in general.

In order to find that out, you first have to get him interested. A person who knows C++ well is at least capable of supporting themselves. Given the location of the job, even juniors have to offer a salary of at least $1000.

As for the "programmer's worth", it's been clear for ages that there are no irreplaceable people and "twiddling your thumbs" is unnecessary here.

So if you're in the know, you must know that replacement of a developer is an expensive treat, and an experienced one doubly so. Of course, irreplaceability is out of the question.

If you want to get a real pro out of this site, it'll cost you at least 2 000$ every month and that's if the work is interesting and the conditions are good.

But here's the problem - with this kind of job offer, the idea of sending you a CV will never cross their minds.
