Windows 10 updated - page 7

Alexey Volchanskiy:
Human-hating maniacs have evidently got into the team which wrote 10. ) It updates without warning, telemetry also lives by itself... The user is a harmful, unnecessary link, interfering with the OS ))

By Windows 11 it will probably be even worse, unless "grateful" users get together one day in Redmond with pitchforks and axes, and tell them to change some things ))))

In the meantime, it is necessary to filter updates and put only necessary ones. Or regularly use cleaners to disable telemetry.

What are you panicking about - I have a 10 x64 laptop that won't shut down for 24 hours - I haven't seen that nasty telemiletry, I haven't!

You cannot filter updates in 10.

So far I haven't seen any "forever" disablement. Professor was more lucky ))

I haven't come across any 'forever' disconnectors yet. The professor has had better luck ))

It is possible to prohibit in the firewall the addresses to which the software from smallsoft "snitches to daddy". You could disable updates altogether. The reason for disabling updates is to use them regularly, after each update, to remove "unnecessary" stuff.

Better yet, roll back to seven or eight and wait for ten to "mature".
