Remove of EA

when i start my MT5 new, all active EA are not working

 

the settings is the same as in MT4

cancel if:

- acount is changing

- profile is changing

 

is there an platform error?

This doesnt help

 i haven an chart, where i haven an EA, as soon the EA makes a trade, the EA get removed, also i cant put the EA back again there as long a trade is running
