Emotions when trading - page 20

Alexey:
From all the posts you have read, I have not understood which article or method you are talking about, and I don't know what the moderators have rejected either. To understand and evaluate your conditional material, you need to have at least a brief idea of it.
I have been working with a group of traders who decided that the old modeling and forecasting approach (which by the way was modeled by the creators of trading terminals ) is not good enough and it needs to be revised. So within the framework of this programme I was engaged in the analysis of the existing trading solutions and my own strategies. Among others, I was invited as a psychologist, though not to my own merit, but as a person "close to the emperor" (my father has a PhD in psychology and is well known in certain circles). In the course of the work I built up a huge amount of research. The program which was successfully implemented got very narrow distribution, but the team allowed me to publish my research without specific algorithm, hoping that others will take advantage of it and find even better solution. So the moderators decided that without the ready program code it should be allowed only in the "Blogs" section. I am a bad user and for this reason I don't know very well how to create a blog. I'm good only at publishing old experimental indies, which, to be frank, are "very crudely" written. This material has not aroused interest from Russian publishers, while a British one wanted to publish it only after receiving full reprint rights. I'm still in contemplation. And if I make a positive decision I would like to publish it first (in brief, of course) for us Russians.

What's wrong with blogs? They are simplified beyond belief here. You write like on a forum, but not on a forum.

For mini-articles and the like, it's perfect.

Oh, and completely missed the point. In the first part of the articles (and in the other two too) a direct link was made between psychology (or rather what we have all been taught and know) and the realities of trading. And all this attempt to make an analysis on the basis of quantum physics and how precise would be a "woe from madness" forecast. It's much simpler than that. There is no specific new strategy, there is the well forgotten old one.

Once again, if I may be a little more specific. Forgive the "fool".

Again, if I may be a little more specific. Forgive me for being "stupid".

It's a bit of a rewrite, without any introduction or conclusion or plans. I'll publish the first one if there's interest.

That's good )
