can i buy items from mlq5 marketplace with mt5 balance

No, You can't. What you can do : 
Withdraw from your MT account and Deposit To mql5

You can only “earn money” from your broker.  MetaQuotes is not a broker.

You cannot use your Brokers custody money to some other company, your MT5 Broker is different and MQL5 is totally different. MQL5 is a community and market place but surely not a broker so dont get confused. Better would be you take withdrawal from your Broker and then may be you can directly drop a deposit to your MQL5 account and then you can do shopping on MQL5 Marketplace :) :)
