Hawkeye Volume MT4 to MT5

This latest update of the Hawkeye Volume from Mrtools has that perfect balance in term of the volume analysis being used, simple yet effective and not too complex relatively to the likes of Better Volume, etc.
Hope some coder can convert this to mlq5.
