Trade disabled

Hi, Tried to open a trade on MT4 (both laptop version and iPhone app) and refuses saying "Trade disabled". Any suggestions?

Did you check if the symbol is tradable or if it was within valid trading hours?

Make sure that you've enabled this symbol in MT4 >> View >> Symbols (yellow=enabled, grey=disabled).

Also check with your broker that trading is enabled in your account generally.
