i sign up as signal provider , but in my account I see this : subscription not permitted  

so no one can copy my orders , why ?

You are not a registered seller, you need to register as a seller in MQL5.com in order to be able to sell signal subscriptions.

Loot at the left side of your profile page, the option Seller.
