Any other payment options for VPS? I have exhausted my 100 USD per month for international transaction using MasterCard. Is there no wired transfer?

You don't need to be afraid. But it seems they are not ready to do business with just three payment methods out of the hundreds of countries that there are, with stringent government financial policies.
