1# You would probably know that fundamental factors are driven a country's economy, lots of fundamental factors involve to play in a currency's movement. Some of them are mentioned below:

Central Bank Monetary Policy

Gross Domestic Product (GDP)

Retail Sales

Industrial Production

Consumer Price Index (CPI)

Politics

2#  If you say “Smart Money” is always controlled the forex market or other financial markets or country’s economy, I don’t believe and it doesn’t work that way. Sometimes it might make unusual movements in a currency. But fundament factors are always worked as key points for currencies direction.
