floating charts software

anyone out there could shed some light on how to get back the tool bar with line studies, time frames etc. when a chart is undocked and "floated" using the floating charts.com software. My toolbar appears on my main screen of the platform, however when i float the screen the toolbar disappears on that undocked screen. It used to appear now it doesnt

Have you tried switching minimal mode on and off?

The product producer offers support, contact them.

Thanks bro for the response I was able to figure it out by searching the support forum for floating charts.

Minimal mode being checked off was the main problem
