Hi, , I made a purchase of the cap channel indicator through the mql site, and this purchase has been registered on the site, but when I open the software, it gives the message to pay again. Please resolve the issue

Make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with the same login you used to buy it (ichimokuso) and NOT your email.
