Am also trying to get to my live account but am still getting the same error. i cant acess my live trading account. screen shot sample
If you can not access to your trading account so ask your broker for support.
Because all the charts, the price on the chart, the time of the price on the chart, the symbols ti trade and the names of the symbols, the trading accounts and money for trading - all of them are related to the brokers only.
So, it is nothing to do with chart info.
Besides, you did not place any symbol in the Market Watch (by right mouse click on the Market Watch - Symbols), and that is why MT5 can not find any chart info for USD/CHF.
From your screenshot, in the lower right corner, you can see the spinning circle, which means there is a network problem.
