Is there a way tp change the placement of the timeframe and drawing tool buttons?

Mine used to be all closer to the top, and now they are more spread out and take away space from the chart, is that a way to move the buttons around without just using fullscreen mode? Thanks in advance :)

Прицельтесь левой кнопкой и перетащите панель:
