Hi would like to know why MACD Histogram in MT4 and tradingview is different? All with same setting. What actually went wrong or where I can adjust to make it similar?

The one in MT4 shows Fast and Slow Ma's difference as histogram and the trading view one shows main(fast and slow difference) and signal Ma's difference as histogram.

Search the code base and you will find your type.
 
Can you recommend an indicator from the codebase? I couldn't find anything similar. Or perhaps how the original MACD indicator file can be changed? Thank you
