Notice to Leverate and the the MQL5 team:-
I raised concerns about the legitimacy of <name removed> as a broker following an ongoing dispute we had over an inability to withdraw my funds, and the T&C’s revolving around their bonus scheme. I am happy to report that they appear to be cooperating to resolve this matter, and we’ve reached what I believe is a fair and equitable solution to satisfy all parties.
(1) $4,000 USD worth of my deposits will be released by them. This has already happened, I can confirm.
(2) I will publicly declare on MQL5 (here) and with my contacts at Leverate that the matter is being resolved. This post forms part of that, I have also written to my contacts advising this has occurred.
(3) The rest of my deposits will be released to me, and I will again confirm here when it has happened.
(4) The bonus amount I was given, alongside all the profit the account has generated, will remain in my trading account, and I will work towards meeting the new criteria they have set to qualify for withdrawals for that money down the track.
So far so good, this seems fair, and I am no longer being asked for transfer $7,500 in crypto to finalise things.
i am happy to say are moving in a positive direction, and it looks like all grievances will have been amicably resolved soon. Once the other conditions are met I unreservedly withdraw my complaint, and it appears that will happen very soon.
