No, its not possible, they only workaround is to cancel your MT4 MQL5 VPS subscription and the remaining time will be credited to your MQL5 account as free minutes.

Then if you try to subscribe to MQL5 VPS on MT5 you can use these free minutes as an option.

This workaround cannot be followed by an automated MQL5 VPS renewal though.
