You can't install custom indicators in MT4/5 mobile version apps.

If you have the mq4/5 or ex4/5 files, you simply paste them into the MT4/5 >> Open Data Folder >> MQL4/5 >> Indicators folder.

If they are MQL5.com Market purchases, you install them down in the Market tab of the Terminal/Toolbox window, under the Purchased option on the left side.
