Data(candles) on chart is missing

Hi,

Lately when I open my MT4 platform, there is a gap in data(candles) on the chart (attached chart with missing data - the blue area).

I think it is because an indicator I attached to other chart.

The data(candles) isn't fill even when I right click and "refresh chart".

I only succeed to fill the data if I delete all the data of the chart+timeframe at "History Center" and than right click the "refresh chart".

Why this is happening?

How can I prevent it from happening?

Why the data isn't fill when I right click and "refresh chart"?

How can I fill the data without the need to delete all the data?
