If the magic number of the experts is duplicate, will there be a problem in their performance?

Magic number is a Unique ID for the trades taken by a particular expert. This is how an expert advisor identifies its own trades for the process of further modifying,closing or getting trade information. 

So yes same magic number will cause problems.
