My command is not the same as the signal I am subscribing to?

 
As above, I have registered 1 signal, and in the "journal" section of MT4 it is clearly displayed as
Signal - percentage for volume conversion selected according to the ratio of balances and leverages, new value 2% (old value 0%)"
So why when the signal opens 1 Sell XAUUSD position with volume of 3.45 Lot, my account only opens with 0.01 Lot.
My account 1000$
Master Account : 35000$

Pls Help me !

Because the lot size is copied proportionally to your account's balance, leverage and currency.

Yes ! it is 2%

so 2% of 3.45 Lot must equal : 0.07 LOt ?

Can your broker open a 0.07 XAUUSD position?

Opening an order 0.07 is a sure thing, when the minimum order is 0.01
