Getting 404 file not found on all items in code base.

Is anyone else getting a 404 file not found error for all items in the code base? No matter what I try to download I get the same 404 error, even for items that were fine yesterday. Has been persisting for a few hours.

Don't know about code base, but I have same error when downloading items from market for hour or so.
