You may think you put right credentials but trade server is sure they're wrong. This is why the writing appeared

for the account password, am I correct to enter the investor password?

if you have copied from somewhere, better to paste once to make sure there are no white space before the password.

It happen to me in a few time a go.

Another option: the trading account may be closed due to long inactivity. You cannot login to a closed account either.
