use VPS instead of buying new computer!

 
For a few EAs, use a cheap notebook. It comes with a battery and is quiet.

Install Linux (like PopOS) on it and have it equiped with an additional LTE Stick for internet backup.

Cheapest 24/7 setup with UPS and redundant internet connection.
