Permissions For Using Custom Symbol Live Data Feed

Hello, I am curious about what permissions MQL5 allows regarding creating custom symbols that chart live data feeds. For instance, if I create an EA which can chart the prices that it receives from a live data feed onto a custom symbol and uses an API to execute orders to a broker, am I violating any of the MQL5 terms and conditions? Please note, I intend to sell the EA as well. I just want to be sure that I am not in violations of any agreements with MQL5 before I spend the time to code this EA. If I am in violation by doing this, then I will likely need to use another platform.
