Hi! I'new around these part as far as using a trading tool. I usually place my binary trades manually at my broker.
So, to be clear... I'm talking about binary trading and not buy/sell day trading.
I've downloaded MetaTrader 5 and signed up with mql5.com (obviously) and entered the account info into the software including my brokers (Optionow and BigOption) but I cannot get any connection and none of my data updates.
Support for this software seems to be 12 hours off from my schedule and I can't seem to catch anyone to help me out.
Anyone have any ideas?
