Bought a product and didn't receive it

Hello, I have bought CryptoCharts indicator <...> and didn't receive it, I have the bank transfer to prove it. The indicator was never delivered to my account

How many days ago did you buy this indicator?
If you bought it just today only so it may be the money is transferring for 1 or two days (depends on the payment system you selected).

(in case you bought it under your augchainzigg username).

There is no any delivery service here.
You should install your purchase in Metatrader by yourself (and your Metatrader 5 should be at the latest build with 64-bit, means: you should have Windows 64 bit).

I bought this expert 2 days ago. You are right maybe the expert is delayed but on the purchased products tab inside the program there is no products purchased.

If you bought it (and if the money came to the Market) so you can find this indicator in your profile on this link:

If you find it in your profile so it is not a problem to install it in your Metatrader 5.
