Connecting via iphone MT4 using WIFI

Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for your WiFi usage, is probably blocking certain IP addresses or certain transfer protocols. There are many ISPs that offer cheap services by only allowing cached web access and social media connectivity and block everything else.
EDIT_ Please note also, that many free WiFi services in places like cafes, restaurants, hotels and such, also block many transfer protocols and IP addresses.
EDIT2: Also, the router for your WiFi may also block because of incorrect settings or overzealous security settings.
