All the symbols are related to the broker: one broker is proposing some symbols for traders, the other broker is proposing some other symbols for traders.

Once you in the Meta Trader software, press "Ctrl + U". Then a menu will be appeared. That will shows all available assets for your broker. If you don't find what you need there you need to change the broker which has required assets.
