This looks like a weird system to me, the longest (positive) review I had didn't count, then someone with no score and who seems to don't know what the program he got even does, that one counts


If that ratings have consequences in the placing of the products, the "automated system" should be at least somewhat transparent in my opinion

I am registered at mq5 since 2017, be respectful, if your review isnot counted it doesnt mean you go out of your way to let me down.

I know how the system works, the review automation has been added by mql5 just recently so no one knows how it works.

About product, i am an experienced trader and a developer i know what my product does.

Be respectful to other sellers, such behavior isnt gonna do you any good.

I am not complaining or trying to get some preferred treatment here.

Just had a query abt how the new review system works, got the answer and thats all.

I dont have to prove myself to you or mql5.

Man, I was actually on your side 🤣, I mean that some of the reviews I got for MY products don't count (as happened to you), but also other negative reviews counted


And the weird system is the automated review detector (which should ve transparent)
