i decided to recharge my profile about 1 hours ago and then my profile became limited. pay attention about2 days ago i took out about1800$ from my alpari account.
2. Do you have other accounts on MQL5.com website? If yes, specify them.
this is my only account in mql5 and there is not any other profile. i will be thankfull if your technical support team notice me what to do as soon as possible.
You are mixing concepts of "accounts"! The MQL5 account is for MQL5 services, such as market products, signals, VPS or Tester Cloud services. It has nothing to do with your trading account that you have with your broker.
