There is no issue to resolve; the MTx VPS (and the market/signals) does not allow DLLs.

Hi, I'm new to the MT4 VPS platform. I have been using my own broker's VPS for awhile now, but decided to give the MT4 VPS a try.
When I click to subscribe to the VPS service, the system prompts me that the hosting server does not allow for DLLs.
How can I resolve this issue?
Any help is much appreciated.
