Why is Signal List in MT4 bigger than on MQL5 website?

There are all sorts of Signals listed in MT4 that I can't find here:

Why the discrepancy?

 For example, <Deleted> cannot be found when I search <Deleted> with no filters!??

There are some levels of signal visibility, according to some criteria that are not disclosured by MQL5.com.

Not all signals are rated and ranked, or being present in MQL5.com or in MT4/5 terminal signals list.
