Ok, try defragment your pc. But i will advice you contact the EA author since it the expert advisor freezes your MT4 terminal. i had this same problem once i only wait for the update of the product.
Already defragmented.
I'm using 2 different authors of EA and still hung my mt4. If I use the EAs on a blank chart -> no problem.
IDK if it will help. Try to delete profile file that you use.
May I know what's IDK?
I had installed a fresh mt4 ie a new profile as well but to no avail.
