EA removed from the Market

Hello, I am requesting a refund of my money. A week ago I bought two EAs. Merchant deleted profile and site.
I do not know what to do.

Where did you buy the EA? and the form of mql or ex4 files .. can you screnshot proof of purchase so that others will know

Even if the EAs were removed from the Market, you can still use them as long as you have enough activations.

Login into your MQL5 account with your blacknoir login and NOT any other, email, facebook etc. and you will find them under Purchases in the Market tab of the Terminal/Toolbox window.

Theft from Vendors Still have remaining activations Indicators that were purchased,

Unfortunately, "<Deleted>" is unavailable

I'm missing information on how to use EA.

I'm missing an EA set file.

Without support, these EAs are completely unusable.
