webmoney was the the way to deposit .. that has no more supported in MQL5 ..Debit card is not allowed in our country .. so which service is suitable ?

Both MQL and your bank are right at least nothing on MQL part. There is another agency between two called as Gateway. Like "1Link" you may have seen in Pakistan outside ATMs. 1Link is like Gateway which facilitate connectivity between banks ATM and client. Same is with MQL and you (ie your bank). Many international Gateways are blocked as they are involved in suspicious activities etc.
Understand the situation that from Pakistan, suppose i access a porno / gambling website (both are illegal in Pak) made payment through Mastercard of anybank. Later on, some one complained about this transaction. Now neither Website access would be closed nor I or mybank would be blocked rather "concern" people block the middle man ie "gateway", who processed the transaction on my behalf.
After some time, suppose you wanted to visit Makkah and reserve a room for stay. The same old poor gateway did this job on behalf of Hotel accounts in Makkah. And when you try to make online payment, the transaction cannot be materialised or rejected due to same reason (i narrated). But no one at your bank or hotel (and neither you) could understand what is wrong.
I often transfer payments in MQL using Meezan Debit Cards. Its Visa card reject the transfer but nowadays the Master card (Meezan) allowed the same without hassle.
However, Meezan Bank is as pathetic as one CANNOT imagine. The block / close the accounts of customers on any transaction, without informing the user.
They have so many accounts / customers that they now became beyond everything. So i will not recommend them to follow.
