Can someone please tell me best way to get in contact with support
 
The service desk is dealing with the financial requests only.
Any other requests/issues/bugs/etc should be discussed on the forum.

THE RENTAL PERIOD FOR AN EXPERT ADVISOR I AM RENTING IS ASKING TO BE RENEWED AS IT HAS THE DATE OF 1970, I CHECKED THE DATE ON THE COMMUNITY AND IT REFLECTS THE CORRECT DATE. I HAVE CHECKED THE DATE IN THE VPS AND IT IS CORRECT

I DELETED THE INSTALL AND REINSTALLED SAME PROBLEM, TELLS ME IT EXPIRED IN 1970

Why are you posting like that (in capital letters)?
It is very difficult to read the text.

The rental period for an expert advisor i am renting is asking to be renewed as it has the date of 1970, i checked the date on the community and it reflects the correct date. I have checked the date in the vps and it is correct

I deleted the install and reinstalled same problem, tells me it expired in 1970

Ask the seller for support (explain to him about where this 1970 date is written, and more).
The seller may help in this situation.

 

I tried to download the EA and it gives me an incorrect rental period, (see attached screenshot)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the terminal serveral times with no luck


any assistance is appreciated

 

yes the date in MQL5 community is correct as it is in another VPS
