Withdrawals via Credit Card is called "MasterCard Send", or "VISA Direct". These types of transactions don't go through the bank, they go through the Credit Card services (MasterCard or VISA), and if this functionality has not been activated on the Credit Cards, then the bank tellers will not see anything on their side at all, even when an attempt is made. Only MasterCard and VISA see the attempts.
These are not considered normal bank deposits and most bank tellers or call-center operators don't know much about these types of operations and often misunderstand them thinking they are normal bank account deposits. This is often the reason why when someone complains to the bank they say the card is functioning correctly and the problem is on the MetaQuotes side.
So, when speaking to the bank tellers or call-center operator, you have to "educate them" and specifically explain and ask if the "MasterCard Send", or "VISA Direct" is active on your credit cards. Most of the time, it is NOT active, because these services have an extra surcharge for the bank (which they want to avoid).
Cards within Asia region doesnt work. For very long time unfortunately. They have to update with their provider or change the provider
Your statement is incorrect. Maybe you mean that withdrawals don't work with YOUR card(s).
Withdrawals work flawlessly with my debit card with a bank in Thailand.
