automatic open order and close

Hi! I am looking for an AE capable of automatically opening and closing a position without needing any strategy. Just open and close a position according to the hour + minute + second that's all! But to handle repetitive every 40 minutes for example. Example: To open sell US30 SL: nothing TP = 100micro pip at 10:00 closing at 10:10 then repeat it every 30 minute. So after 30 minute, the EA opens a new postition for 10 minutes and closes it and waits for the next 30 minutes ... and so on. THX
