I am unable to get the real volume of unable in MQL4

Do anyone has any indicator to get the real time volume of candle for MQL4 terminal?

Or can anyone help me on how I can get the real time volume data in MQL4 please?

Is it tick volume only? but real volume available in MQL5 than?
