Account bugged

Hello,i have a <no broker discussion - deleted> account that its pretty bugged i think, i have one operation at -110 and from 3 days nothing changed,its still at -110 and i cant do another operations(buy/sell) like if the broker is closed or something(i know that saturday and sunday the broker is closed)when i try to do sell/buy it says that the broker could be closed and then it says "general error" but i know that it was not closed,my friend could do everything on his account at the same time,if someone can help me pls

Weather New Year's Eve and New Year's Day was open or close for your broker it up to your broker.
