You login into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab of your MT4/5 terminal with your shravya login and NOT your email.
Then you go down in the Market tab of the Terminal/Toolbox window and you click on the Purchased option on the left side of the Market tab.
You locate the purchase that you want to install and you click the blue Install button on the far right side.
