I lost my VPS after windows update

Hi people,
I ran windows update and then i lost my VPS
how do i recover my VPS? It went back to basic 120ms ping without any option to go back to what i am actually paying for.

If you mean your MQL5 VPS, simply login into your MQL5 account in your MT4/5 terminal with your martheye login and NOT your email and you will find your MQL5 VPS, under the trading account that its assigned.
