What is this market order information i have discovered in MT5? What is it?

This broker 'instaforex' had in symbols a folder called 'market depth' which then contained symbols going in depth about each of the pairs which you could chart.
For example, AVERAGE buy level or AVERAGE buy limit which shows u information/ charts of where the buy or sell liimits/ stops are at average for the market.
This is AMAZING knowing where the AVERAGE bid is etx but the charts are no longer updated.
Ive NEVER seen this before from a broker? can someoen explain what this is and where i can find current charts like this since these ones are broken and dont update currently.
i have a feeling it is associated with the MT5 market depth/ L2 liquidity function but i just have never seen it before. Has anyone eslse seen this? what is it? where can i find more of it that works still?
Please let me know more about this/ what it is and where i can find a real-time provider of this deep order/ liquidity/ depth information!
